We loved the luxurious and beautiful hotel, its amazing location near great beaches, restaurants, and shops.

The staff are very nice and the room is clean. Perfect views of the beach all around. Great pool, parking on-site.

The room was reasonably spacious, I had perfectly pleasant experience.

the food was fantastic - a lot of options. location: the hotel was next to the main shopping street, beach and 5th avenue and restaurants. there was café chez celine, that i found within 10 minutes' walk of the property.

This hotel is a hidden gem! The location is absolutely perfect, being very close to the ocean and just a short walk from the beach. It's also conveniently situated near the main touristic street, making it easy to explore the vibrant area. Additionally, the prices are excellent for what you get. The rooms are spacious and come with a bathtub, which is a nice touch. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure you have a comfortable stay.

Plus, the private rooftop pool with a stunning view was a bonus!

We spent our Christmas holidays at a hotel in Playa del Carmen. the location was unbeatable, just a few steps from the beach and within walking distance of many attractions. We particularly liked the complementary breakfast and the free WiFi, which was very useful for planning our daily activities. the rooftop pool was a real highlight of the hotel, offering a beautiful view of the city.

Our experience was not entirely positive. Our room was not properly cleaned on arrival and we had to request that it be taken care of.

Lovely ambiance & Convenient Location

We had a great romantic escape. The ambiance was beautifully decorated and pleasant. It was also in a convenient location near restaurants and shopping facilities. We enjoyed having our private pool and the comfortable beds. The air conditioning worked well too.

There were some things that needed attention. Our room could have been a bit cleaner, especially the bedding.

Spacious apartment with a nice courtyard. The apartment had a lot of space, perfect for our needs. We also loved the courtyard, it added a lovely touch to our stay.
